Job Title:
Heads of Business Planning and Innovation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Process Solutions Services (“PSS”) special and strategic projects to milestones and ensure deliverables;
  • Organize and drive leadership meetings, including weekly meetings and monthly leadership team meetings;
  • Develop and present content to company executives and leadership;
  • Coach, mentor, and guide PSS Leadership Team prospects;
  • Coordinate company PSS division-wide employee meetings including content development;
  • Take actions and ownership and follow up on completion of special and strategic projects;
  • Work with other business planning and implementation directors to align cross-functional goals;
  • Manage Virtual Business Forum content;
  • Deliver messaging for PSS driven projects, including status, updates, and impact; and
  • Support critical initiatives.


Telecommuting is an option.


Job Requirements:

Employer requires candidate to have at least a Master's degree in Biotechnology or a closely related field. Candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience with project management and analytical skills to ensure structure, visibility, and accountability of global teams.


Candidate must also have the following:

  • Demonstrated ability working in a global matrix environment and managing multi-dimensional relationships and cross function teaming gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting and leading board level analyses and presentations gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) business planning and execution strategies gained through five (5) years of work experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science industry;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of biotech industry trends and biomanufacturing processes and procedures for clinical and commercial development gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical products, services, and applications used on the manufacturing process of monoclonal antibody (mAb) and novel therapies (Cell and Gene Therapy) gained through five (5) years of work experience; and
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage local and global project teams using project management digital tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms gained through five (5) years of work experience.


All years of experience may be gained concurrently.


20% travel, of this 80% domestic travel and 20% international required per year.
