About Merchandising at Sephora:

Our merchandising team is constantly building brands, starting trends, and developing entirely new product categories. These experts roll up their sleeves and advise our brands on the best way to bring our clients what they crave—and what they will be craving soon. And our merchants don’t stop at selection—they bring the assortment to life through breakthrough curation and storytelling across our stores and digital properties.


Your role at Sephora:

As a Project Specialist in Merchandise Operations, you will coordinate and manage all executional elements of multi-departmental strategic revenue driving projects for the Merchandising Team. In addition you will:

  • Be responsible for the administration and system maintenance of our Animated Rollup Tool.
  • Facilitate assortment management for the Merchandising team.
  • Work with Merchants to procure 3rd party brand information (marketing assets, product comps, prices, etc.).
  • Facilitate fixture graphic production with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing,
  • and Print Production.
  • Work with Store Communications team to communicate critical information to in store staff (assortment information, pilot test program instructions, etc.).
  • Work with the Information Technology and Store Promotions group to create special in-store projects (Point of Sale / Register promotions, etc.).

  • 2-3 years of related business experience, Retail industry preferred.
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
