Starting Pay $16.75

SCOPE AND MAIN Responsible for upholding the reputation of the

PURPOSE OF JOB: Feast of the Rock by greeting all guests with a smile and assisting them with selections of food and beverage for their visit by communicating with culinary staff or others involved with the correct preparation of their selected items.

PREREQUISITES:

General: Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-gaming license.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Completion of Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Base pay $16.75

Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS system preferred. Some experience in the restaurant business is helpful. Must be customer driven and able to reach each guests wants and needs and be able to exceed their expectations.

Abilities: Must be able to initiate contact with new customers with a smile, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of Guest Service.

Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours. Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
