BluePearl Veterinary Partners is currently seeking a qualified Payroll Coordinator to join our team in the Support Center. This position can be remote.

This position will have a starting salary of $20.00 - $25.00 / per hour.

The Payroll Coordinator supports the accurate and timely payment of BluePearl’s associates by maintaining production records, timesheets, and the payroll system. Incumbent is responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings.

Additional responsibilities as the Payroll Coordinator:

• Maintain payroll data by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system.
• Prepare management reports by compiling data related to wages, taxes, and benefit deductions.
• Communicate with Hospital Management to research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support continued associate confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain payroll records related to taxes and garnishments in compliance with all Federal and state regulations and guidelines.
• Organize and plan payroll tasks in a manner that allows the payroll team to meet all deadlines.
• Other related job duties as assigned.
