Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join our culinary brigade as a Receiver.
In 2004, Chef Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at The Venetian. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally-driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
Physical requirements; able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 75 lbs. Able to work in a standing position for long period of time ( up to 12 hours).
