We’re looking for a Product Owner to:

• have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of [ServiceWorks Onboarding and Maintenance in our agile pod
• deeply understand the needs of [our stakeholders ], act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
• be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of Service Works Onboarding and Maintenance, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
• mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
• motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
• define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be joining the team in Weehawken, NJ in the Manage My Relationship stream which is charged with building a scalable operating model that enables FA and teams to dedicate more time to clients and reduce costs. Our pod mission is to enable process automation, transparency, standardization, timeliness and accuracy in a highly controlled workflow environment.

Your expertise

• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
• delivery complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industryfocusing on workflow products.
• setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as data driven decisions
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• Ability to drive change and work with diverse teams
• Confident decision maker, highly organized and detail oriented
