SVP/Branch Administrator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to help managing our Branch Management. The Ideal candidate will be responsible and accountable for the overall development and coordination of system wide branch banking activities including branch operations, delivery, training, implementation, development, quantitative, developmental, and sales. Responsible for directing and administering to achieve profit, growth, and customer service objectives through the development of deposits, assets, and fee based services. Provides leadership support and assures implementation of all approved policies and procedures, as well as products and services applicable to the branch system. Supervises the Branch Managers and has overall responsibility for branch operational staff.

Bachelors Degree preferred and a minimum of five years related work experience required, including management oversight of multiple units, working knowledge of bank branch operations, developing programs. Preferred emphasis on business development of deposits and commercial lending. Strong verbal, written, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Advanced problem solving skills and ability to work professionally with all levels. Ability to organize, manage, control workflow and meets deadlines. A thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products and services. A thorough knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures in addition to banking regulations. Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Computer literate in order to utilize the various software programs available to the Bank, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
