PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of Capsicum Culinary Studio’s campuses in terms of its facilities, staff, sales, overall finances and student service delivery.KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Implement the national sales strategy and achieve branch sales targets (40%) 2. Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (20%) 3. Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%) 4. To comply with accrediting bodies and have a high standard of quality and excellence (15%) 5. Manage performance of Branch staff (5%) 6. Ensure the Company/Branch Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%) 7. Implement the Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)JOB SPECIFICATION (Requirements necessary to conduct the job successfully) EDUCATION: Business Management / Sales & marketing DegreeLEGAL REQUIREMENTS, CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS TRAINING: Management and Leadership, Computer Literate, Interpersonal skills Attend seminars, business school courses to keep up with developments in area of specialty EXPERIENCE: (The career path one should ideally follow before reaching the present position) At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size companyKEY COMPETENCIES Good communication.
