Very Busy Fuel station in Linksfield requires a MATURE Administrative Assistant. AFR NB

Must have previous exp in a similar role and environment or retail exp. General admin duties, stock ordering, GRV's, Basic bookkeeping functions. DT CT, Recons. Numerical skills. Daily fuel readings to Head Office, Filing. Invoice capturing. Stock taking with merchandisers. Cash up after every shift. Stand in Cashier from time to time. EXCEL NB. Stable work track record with references. Must be willing to submit to a Polygraph test as part of screening process. Retail hours + every second week-end 12 hour shift (Sat & Sun).
