- Grade 12 / Matric, and/or tertiary education qualification advantageous
- Own transport essential
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Computer Literate and CAD experience highly advantageous
- Must be well spoken with excellent use of the English language
- Experience in lead management system advantageous
- Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
- Confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
- Presentable and well-groomed in order to be the front face of the company
DUTIES:
- Professional meet and great and assisting incoming clients
- Answering incoming enquiries professionally, assisting with the explanation of product offering
- Accurate order taking and preparation of quotations
- Dealing with incoming orders and enquiries telephonically
- Manage all administration aspects required within the office and assisting the team with ad-hoc requirements in all areas
- Dealing with clients with scheduling of job requirements and ensuring all orders are run and finished timeously
- Follow up with contractors involved and liaising with any additional requirements that arise
- Managing applications, filling in information accurately and sending off documents timeously
- Corresponding with and managing incoming leads
- Manage invoicing
- Ensure orders are completed and involvement with stock management.
- Assist with CAD based design work
- Completing excel spread sheets
- Working as a team player with all members of the department
SALARY: R16k, negotiable depending on experience
