Job Description

The Robotics SME is a hybrid role between a traditional systems SME, a Business Support Specialist and a Business Analyst. The RSME is responsible for the performance management of allocated digital workforce i.e. robots under their care. RSME is a key member of any initiative by providing relevant information, knowledge and experience. Gather and document requirements; identify and document relevant test cases. Document and provide training. RSME can play a quality management role in vetting business requirements and testing in cases where a Business Analyst is part of a project. The RMSE owns, coordinates and execute relevant testing. The RSME key focus is to enable the Business to deliver new solutions. The RSME continually analyse robot exceptions in order to improve robot success rate and make recommendations to business.

Qualifications

• BA certified practitioner
• Appropriate Process Qualification i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, SAFE Certification, PMPO, Safe for Team Certification and Agile.
• Understanding and or exposure to RPA, OCR, Machine learning and Chat Bots will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 5-7 years experience in Business Support, Business Analysis or Information technology experience
• Managing projects in the business of technology
• Business and process knowledge in operations i.e. Global markets such as vanilla and derivative products, Investment Banking, Securities, Client services, Trade and Payments, Interbank Settlements
• 3-4 Years experience in Robotics Process Automation: Any RPA or AI support, development, etc. experience will be highly rated
