Maintain and audit Salesforce opportunities to a billed produced status according to the Sales Policy and audit rules, to ensure accurate Sales employee commissions, financial, sales forecasting and performance reporting. The incumbent will also be required to investigate and research user information requests to deliver accurate, timeous information to BCX stakeholders for business planning, proposal formulation and customer intelligence Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Manage and track billing invoices from reports extracted from SAP billing system for Transactional billing and update Salesforce opportunity to billed produced status.
Manage and track National Value-Added Services (NVAS) billing via the Action Item (AI) reporting process to validate and update NVAS related opportunities to billed produced status.
Ensure accurate Order Management System (OMS) order linking to opportunities for automated billing from Flexibill, this is critical to eliminate duplicate commission allocations between OMS and Salesforce
Validate and update values and sales classes (New, Renewal, Upgrade, Net New Business) on opportunity for accurate commission and audit purposes.
Maintain and update product lines on opportunity according to billing schedules.
Extract data from Telkom source systems, (CMSS, OMS, Flexibill, Telkom SAP) via the Enterprise Warehouse with Business Objects analytical tool.
Provide daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on revenue, installed base (services and products), order status, opportunities, one rate, Per Second Billing, Supreme Call, Smart Access and customer segmentation according to requests.
Manage, plan, and implement annual customer segmentation and territories on CMSS to be aligned with BCX business operating model.
Track and validate all new customer creations and correct segmentation. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector, experience working in Sales, Commercial or Financial departments.
