• Ensure breakdowns are timeously attended to

• Manage the repair process through BWE Service department

• Monitor Repair & Maintenance cost and quality of repairs

• Monitor machine operation onsite

• Technical assistance, advise and rectification of all asset queries and problems

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• Artisan qualification

• minimum 5 years’ experience

• sound technical background – product knowledge

• computer literate

• accuracy and attention to detail

• good people skills

• able to prioritise and perform under pressure

• Supervisory experience

• Customer Service is an advantage
