Requirements of Position

• 
  Proven Food and Beverage/Restaurant Management experience. (3-5 years)
• Diploma, Degree or any Culinary/Hospitality related qualification (Advantageous)
• Good Management and training
• Solid back of house and Front of house experience
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with Food and Beverages trends
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Strong leader
• Self-motivated-with the ability to work without supervision
• Must be willing to work and leave after hours shifts start 7:30 - late
• Own reliable transport

Responsibilities of Position

• 
  Managing Food and Beverage operations, while operating within budget and to the highest possible standards
• Leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Menu design, costing and implementation in collaboration with the Exec Chef
• Stock control and policy implementation
• Purchasing of goods and continuously making improvements
• Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Good communication with employees, management and clients
• Comply with all health and safety regulations (HAACP)
• Monthly reporting to management on revenue and overall performance
