Required is an experienced individual that will work closely with the shop manager as a shop assistant in an auto accessories retail shop.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Assist in handling customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.

Qualifications & Competencies

• At least a senior education certificate preferably matric
• Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Prior retail sales experience (At least 2 years)
• Computer Literacy
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required.
• Self-motivated and goal-orientated mindset
