This assessment led business is looking to welcome a new member to their finance team who can handle both finance and administration alike. An individual who can perform the accounts receivable function and execute the administration function recording and processing consultants information. Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Undertaking the full accounts receivable function.
• Monitor monthly accounts, handling queries and remittance details.
• Records incoming payments and receipting amounts received as well as regular ledger reconciliations.
• Calculate amounts outstanding and extract age analysis.
• Liaise telephonically for outstanding monies and overdue accounts.
• Involved in the final legal handover stage to attorneys with bad debts.
• Execute basic financial reporting.
• Allocate cash payments.
• Control entry and result units.
• Liaise with consultants, recording their information.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Matric.
• Relevant accounting qualification.
• 4 + years' experience.
• Pastel Partner experience advantageous.
