JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting a company with various business interests in Zambia, to recruit a mature and experienced, PRIVATE RETREAT MANAGERESS to manage their private retreat, located on the outskirts of Lusaka.

Requirements

• Hospitality related degree or diploma required for work permit.
• 3 plus years’ experience managing the BOH & FOH day-to-day operations of an intimate lodge in Africa.
• Previous experience with purchasing of supplies (excluding F&B requirements) and stock control.
• Experience managing a team of approximately 20 staff
• HR administration and basic bookkeeping experience.
• Guest centric with an eye for detail
• Excellent administration, organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Fair and approachable leadership style
• Stable employment history & contactable references.
