Leaders in their field seeks to hire an Immediately available Creditors Supervisor to join their team. You will be required to manage the creditors function within the company ensuring that duties in relation to AP are carried out within specified time frames and supervise a team of 4 Creditors Clerks.
Qualifications:

• Matric
• Complete Diploma in finance / bookkeeping

Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• MDA – highly beneficial

Job description:

• Ensure suppliers are paid as per supplier payment terms.
• Prepare ad hoc payments for approval as and when needed.
• Ensure supplier invoices are reviewed and approved daily.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and that allocations are correct.
• Ensure all new suppliers are loaded with the correct documentation and approved by the Financial Manager
• Ensure all procedures are adhered to.
• Manage the creditors team and assist where needed.
