We are looking for someone who has the following:
- 2 years experience in Travel bookings such as flights / accommodation / car hire and Administration.
- Some basic financial knowledge.
- Good with Systems.
- Strong Filing Skills.
- Must have done courses in Administration and Travel would be a plus.
Job Description:
- Make bookings for all staff around the Country (Flights, Accommodation and Car Hire).
- Assist the Financial Administrator with certain tasks.
- Look after Client Contracts.
- Submission of Insurance Claims on behalf of the Company.
- General Filing and ad hoc tasks.
