We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • 2 years experience in Travel bookings such as flights / accommodation / car hire and Administration.
  • Some basic financial knowledge.
  • Good with Systems.
  • Strong Filing Skills.
  • Must have done courses in Administration and Travel would be a plus.

Job Description:

  • Make bookings for all staff around the Country (Flights, Accommodation and Car Hire).
  • Assist the Financial Administrator with certain tasks.
  • Look after Client Contracts.
  • Submission of Insurance Claims on behalf of the Company.
  • General Filing and ad hoc tasks.
