Job Description Europcar, a leading car rental company, is looking for a proactive team player to join their Finance team who is based at their head office in Bruma. Applications are encouraged from those who thrive in administrative work in order successful fill the Debtors Administrator vacancy. The ideal candidate are those who have great attention to detail, have 1 years administrative experience within a credit control/finance environment and who are able to work well under pressure. Position Overview The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the Debtors department that achieves team collection objectives and minimizes risk. Specific Role Responsibilities

Job Outputs:

  • Printing & compilation of all claim documents for all corporate accounts
  • Obtain supporting/back-up documentation.
  • All relevant documentation to be prepared and scanned.
  • Liaise and follow-up calls/emails to obtain documentation.
  • Daily journal filing and general audit on paperwork.
  • Adherence to ISO procedure at all times.
  • Receive and allocate the card transactions off the bank on a daily basis.
  • Investigate & liaise with branches, customer care and the bank to resolve queries.
  • Punch and prepare supporting documentation for creating of Journals (bank/card related)
  • Neat and accurate filing and record keeping.
  • Adherence to QMS procedures at all times.
  • Various duties at the discretion of management and as required within the department.
  • Provide all round support to the Debtors Team
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience

  • No minimum experience required.

Minimum Qualififcation

  • NQF level 4 qualification (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Minimum Requirements

  • Computer literacy with high level of accuracy, especially in MS Office.
  • MS Excel skills on a basic level.
