ABOUT THE JOB:
To control of the correct packing for export orders, the administration and documentation of the Bond Store and related Bills of Entry, the administration and documentation clearances and releases of exports and the housekeeping and management of inventory in the Bond Store.
ABOUT YOU:
- Grade 12
- A Warehousing/Logistics qualification would be advantageous
- 3 years warehousing experience of which 1 year in a supervisory role
- 3 years export experience – dealing with customs, documentation for exports, INCO terms, etc (dangerous goods experience will be beneficial)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Export order preparation
- Order accuracy
- Export Documentation Compliance
- Packaging Compliance
- Lead time Conformance
- Bond Store Administration
- Completion of Bond Store Register upon receipt of Bills of Entry/Exit
- Request Clearance/Release from SARS for exports
- Control storage of required BoE documentation
