PVC Pipefit Engineering is a manufacturer and supplier of PVC fabricated fittings to the agricultural, civil and industrial markets.

We are looking for a self motivated and energetic person to add value to our team.

You will be working alongside a fellow sales and administration college as well as with an external sales agent and will be reporting directly to the managing director.

Responsibilities

Telephonic sales and customer liaison

Capturing of sales and production orders on SAP Business One

Invoicing of orders

Overseeing dispatch and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.

Obtaining courier quotes and arranging couriers for collections

Prioritizing items to be made on the production schedule based on orders that are required to be dispatched for the day

Coordinating the production

Various reception and office duties such as opening and closing of the factory and filing

Qualifications

Have a matric/Gr12 certificate

Must have at least 5 years similar work experience

Must be fully computer literate (SAP Business One would be an advantage)

Must be able to speak and understand both English and Afrikaans

Must have own reliable transport

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R9 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month
