Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with Business Heads, understand issues faced by them and facilitate operational Issues.
  • Be the single reference point for all HR areas of the Business.
  • Friend, philosopher, guide to the business.
  • Work in an integrated role of a Manager, spanning across all areas of HR for business.
  • Responsible for implementation of all HR programs & initiatives in the Location/ department/ division.
  • Responsible for identifying training needs and preparing Training calendar in discussion with Business Heads.
  • Assist in planning Training schedule.
  • Coordinate between Business Heads to organize trainings.
  • Finalize budget for the next year, by interacting with each SBU/Plant Head/HOD optimize in terms of Payroll cost (permanent and employees who are on contract), optimum utilization of resources, factoring in key cost heads like training cost, administrative expenditure, employee welfare etc and propose to the organization.
  • To finalize the organization structure to support the business for current and future business.
  • Responsible for headcount forecast and locking the numbers in the finance budget.
  • People planning during start up and ramp phases of business growth.
  • To ensure all open positions are filled up as per Manpower Requisition Form, for each business and approved by the management, with due interaction with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Prepare and update organization chart by end of every month.
  • Preparation & Review of JDs for new & existing employees duly vetted by business.
  • Induct employees though appropriate induction mechanism as per organization SOP and strive for constantly improving the quality of induction.
  • Play a key role in Talent identification, development, and retention.
  • To undertake employee engagement in identifying interventions that motivate employees, make group employer of choice. Co-ordinate departmental get together & outbound gatherings. Address employee grievances on time. Initiate Performance Management Activities Annual, Mid Term and to ensure timely completion. Initiate Individual Development Plan for employees and identify relevant programs viz. Job rotation, Training and on the job training in discussion with Business Heads.
  • Initiate Performance improvement plan in the respective Location/department/division.
  • Pay planning and specific exercise towards compensation and benefit management.
  • Carry out succession planning & Leadership development for the second line. Increase Leadership pipeline and carry-out coaching.
  • Coach the team and ensure team capability is constantly improved.
  • Conduct Performance appraisal for the team, set goals and strive for improving performance.
  • Designing relevant HR Policies and help in evolving location specific policies.
  • Ensure statutory compliance.
  • Training employees on SOP compliance & review, work on Audit findings.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, developing, and driving businesses in employee relations through uniform, equitable and transparent application of HR policies and processes on people related matters including discipline.
  • Conduct Exit interviews, do attrition analysis & ensure smooth separation of employees from the organization. Make conscious effort to retain employees.
  • Ensure timely updation of all manual information and submit the report as and when requested.
  • Coach, the team and ensure team capability is constantly improved.
  • Conduct Performance appraisal for the team, Set goals, and strive for improving performance.
  • Interact with employees of respective department and spend at least 03 hours a week for individual meetings, open houses, floor meetings.
  • Coordinate departmental get together & outbound gatherings.
  • Take out a list of the employees whose confirmation is due 15 days in advance.
  • Send a mail to all reporting heads from whom the confirmation approval must be obtained with the format of the Confirmation form.
  • Follow up with Reporting heads to issue/release the Confirmation letter on time.
  • Prepare the Confirmation letter.
  • Be present along with the reporting head to handover the Confirmation letter to the employee. Say a few words to motivate & wherever required facilitate proper counseling.
  • Get an acknowledgement for receipt from employee. Handover the acknowledgement copy & the assessment sheet to HR Payroll for updating.
  • Issue probation extension letter if advised by reporting head & follow up within the next confirmation.
  • Probation extension can be allowed only once.

  • Approach to conduct investigations.
  • Approach to conduct group/Individual information sourcing sessions.
  • Trained in conducting counseling/feedback sessions.
  • Payroll activities.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
  • Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have to stay in factory premises.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in Written & Oral forms and well conversant with computer applications, especially in MS Excel.
  • Minimum 08 year(s) of experience in Human Resource with at least 02 years in similar position.
  • Strong track record in managing an HR Department in a competitive and high performance organization.
  • Have a track record of successfully positioning an HR Department to prepare for changing / challenging trends.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks within the expected time frame.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to read/ write English.
