Job Description / Responsibility

  • Office Timings:
  • 10 am to 7 pm
  • 6 pm to 3 am
  • 2 am to 11 am
  • Weekly holiday: 1
  • Work from home
  • Candidate must have to be Unmarried
  • And must have good typing speed
  • Candidates with 50 WPM are strongly Encourage to apply
  • Chat and Comments reply (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Fluent in English and Bangla to chat with customer
  • Answer to all customer queries accurately
  • Take orders from customer through Facebook and instagram
  • Create orders on website
  • Post on Facebook and Instagram between every 30 minutes
  • Sales sheet maintain
  • Candidates must have to be serious and dedicated
  • Must have to be good in customer handling
  • And have to work for 8 hours in a row

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Skills Required: Bangla and english typing Skills, Chatbot, Live Chat, Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English)., Typing, typing skill in English and Bangla

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Bangla and english typing Skills, Chatbot, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer satisfaction survey, Customer Service, Live Chat, Typing, typing skill in English and Bangla, Very good skill in typing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • E-commerce
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 18 to 30 years
