Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily banking operations
• Ensuring day-to-day banking operations with vast knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS and Front Desk services
• Processing of full Account Opening procedures with knowledge of documents required for different types of accounts
• Handling of account closing and Account transfer procedures
• Issuing Cheque book requisition, Cheque book delivery and ensuring check clearing services
• Providing internet/online banking facilities including remittance services
• Checking KYC procedure, TP issues, CTR issues, Card related services and others
• Performing Payment Order, Demand Draft, Fund transfer, opening of Internet Banking account etc.
• Ensuring Stop Cheque, hold fund, no debit, account block, hold mail and standing instruction
• To communicate with existing and potential customers for recurring sales opportunities

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age at least 18 years
• Minimum 3 years working experience in reputed banks with minimum 2 years' experience in general banking/ customer services department
• Masters/MBA in any discipline preferably in business background from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division
• Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
• Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment
• Sufficient knowledge of customer services/ general banking operations, policies and procedures
