Job Responsibilities
  • Gathering and processing clients data.
  • Performing basic admin duties including presentation slide creating, sending Emails, and distributing office duties.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the Broker team.
  • Assisting the UK Office admin team.
  • Assisting with Lenders.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Processing case updates, Stage checking on CRM, and reporting on cases.
  • Assisting and supporting BD management team.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • A solid desire to learn and develop technical skills
  • Ability to plan tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have people skills to foster effective communication among team members and to motivate them
  • Ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of teammates to work with them constructively
  • Working experience with a project management tool like Slack, Trello will be a bonus
