Job Description / Responsibility

• Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
• Manage customer accounts, including data entry, account maintenance, and updating customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Organize and maintain sales files, databases, and other records
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals by providing administrative assistance.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Computer skill, CRM Software, Sales Admin, Strong analytical ability
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
