Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidates must be okay working night shift.
• Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 10 to 15 Months)
• Able to write and speak in English
• Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same.
• Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
• Provide general information about the company to the clients.
• Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Computer Operating, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Administration, Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 21 to 37 years
• Go 'extra mile' to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales
• Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process.
• Keeping records of all customer conversations on the company database.
