Job Description / Responsibility

• Visa documents prepare and follow-up for different embassy (BGD-out side country visa arrangement).
• Invitation letter prepare for getting visa in different country of Bangladesh Embassy.
• Visa arrangement for foreigner in Bangladesh.
• Documents prepare for Security clearance and follow-up with SB & NSI offices.
• Vehicle pool handle with the knowledge about vehicle tracking system check in software, VTS, etc.
• Vehicle maintenance & workshop related clear knowledge with physical visit of the places.
• Audit documents prepare and audit facing capability with sound knowledge about the audit requirement like (IMS audit, Safety Audit etc).
• Good presentation skill in different meeting with the preparation of power-point presentation ,Excel etc.
• Apartment search for new Expats.
• Properly take care access control of Dhaka office.
• Support different events arrangements.
• Any other task assign by the Department Manager.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/MBA from reputed University

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age at most 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Computer proficiency in MS power point,Excel etc.
• Expats related matter.
• Automobile work Knowledge.
