• Work from Home opportunity

• Attend to all enquiries received on Social Media Channels / Phone Calls / WhatsApp.
• Maintain data on PC about all enquiries and case histories.
• Communicate with India based team on the enquiries
• Coordinate the advise received from India with the clients in BD.
• Arrange online conference calls, as and when required, between India team and the client
• Coordinate all local marketing efforts / pitches.

• Min Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any stream

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Customer Care, Social Media Management

• Age at least 21 years
