We are looking for a dynamic talent in the field of Factory Administration in our HR, Admin & Compliance department.

• Abel to look after all security and safety issue at factory;
• Look after transportation system like shipment, Inter pool & buyer;
• Maintain floor housekeeping for personnel hygiene and sanitation;
• Abel to maintain buyer & QC entertainment;
• Day to day maintain staff dining;
• Day to day monitoring local purchase;
• Abel to good communication to govt. officials.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Full-time

• Masters / Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

• Age at least 25 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Leadership and relationship management.
• Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
• Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
• Well conversant with IT equipment.
