Job Description / Responsibility

• Listen & understand customer's query clearly.
• receive call from customer to place order
• Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
• order Processing
• File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
• Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Minimum HSC passed/Honours running student of any private/public University can apply.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• online shop
