Job Responsibilities
  • As the Assistant Manager - HR & Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of our educational institute. You will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our institute. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process for faculty and administrative staff, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the on boarding process.
  • Managing employee records, maintaining the HR database, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and supporting various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
  • Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the educational sector.
  • Collaborating with academic departments to plan and schedule faculty assignments, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, coordinating facility maintenance, and organizing institute events.
  • Collaborating with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, salaries, and related administrative tasks.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
  • years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations specific to the educational industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with faculty, staff, students, and parents/guardians.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with educational systems and the unique challenges and requirements of educational institutions would be highly beneficial.

Salary
  • Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
  • The salary for the Assistant Manager - HR & Admin position at Redolence Grammar School is 28000 to 35000 taka per month, along with a housing allowance for a rented flat. The housing allowance will cover a portion of the rental expenses for suitable accommodation near the institute. In addition to the competitive salary and housing allowance, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks and incentives.
