Job Description / Responsibility

• Assistant Marketing Officer.
• Special Support, mentorship & Offer for FRESHERS
• A sales and marketing Officer is responsible for marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing officer will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company`s operations goals.
• HSC or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales & Marketing Skill
• Fresher allowed
• Your working days are 07 (seven) days a week and working hours are flexible (office and field).
• As an Assistant Marketing Officer you will not have any fixed monthly salary, but you will get instant commission through online payment gateway on top of sales.
• Agent Create Commission 40% b) and Card & Service Sales Commission 10%)
• By creating 30 agents you will get promotion, your Designation will be "Marketing Officer"
• Agent Create Commission 45%,
• Team Agent Create Commission 5%
• Card & Service Sales Commission 11%
• Team Card & Service Sales commission 1%).
• By creating 100 new agents from your team based on the monthly target,
• you will get a salary of 10,000 (ten thousand) Taka with commission.
• Then your promotion will gradually increase the sales.

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, Presentation skill, Sales & Marketing
