Job Description / Responsibility

• APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH.
• THIS IS A NIGHT-TIME POSITION and you will be expected to work overnight hours to work with clients from Western countries.
• Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
• Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
• Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
• Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
• During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
• Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• O Level, A Level, HSC.
• Preferences will be given to people who have returned from Foreign Lands where English is the First Language.
• Skills Required: Computer skill

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
• Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
• Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months probation period.
• Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
