ORGANIZATION Engineering sector Global based company YOUR ROLE You check and clean up all actual pension, health, insurances, questions from employees, access to pension plans or distribute info to employees. You take care of the administration and documentation for new hires and leavers, and give support to the payroll team to make sure the flow becomes more efficient. You will work together with the tax provider to support possible issues and make sure this is working well. You will renegociate the contract with our provider for mobility (work permits, visa, support for relocation). You will finalize the tax & global mobility policy. You take care of salary surveys with Radford. You finalize other group compensation policies such as mobile phone policy or teleworking policy and compensation related to it. YOUR PROFILE You have already several years experience as an international compensation & benefits specialist. You have experience in above mentioned policies. You have knowledge of at least one European labour legislation. You have a hands-on, 'get it done' and problem solving attitude. You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
