Here at Arán Bakery and Bistro, we run an artisan bakery and cafe/restaurant, specialising in brunch with a focus on seasonal and local produce. To expand our team we are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter. The Kitchen Porter looks after the back of house areas and assists our chefs with prepping and plating. Main responsibilities will be: Operating the dish-washing machine Cleaning crockery, cutlery, pots & pans Cleaning walls, floors equipment and other areas Ensuring general cleanliness in the kitchen and back of house areas Periodic deep cleaning Assisting the kitchen team in kitchen duties such as, cleaning and preparing vegetables. The successful candidate: Will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as part of a team A keen eye for detail While prior kitchen experience would be advantageous it is not essential. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: From €11.50 per hour Schedule: Day shift Night shift Work Location: In person
