Overview As an Administrative Assistant within Link Pension administration, you will be part of a multi-skilled team providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your duties will include answering customer queries on email and webchat. scanning post-in, , archiving services and supporting our HelpPoint and Administration colleagues. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Operational Management

  • Assisting the telephony team by handling our customer enquiries via email, letter, and telephone, providing a great customer experience.
  • Open, sort and prepare all incoming mail for scanning
  • Check and verify incoming legal documents
  • Scan incoming mail into workflow system and email inboxes to agreed standards
  • Return legal documents and hard copies of ID&V to sender.
  • Process and log Gone Away items and update member records.
  • Prepare outgoing mail items by processing requests, including quality checking for formatting errors.
  • Prepare and log all outgoing recorded/special delivery items for collection by Royal Mail
  • File all received items and dispose of following retention policies.
  • Record daily MI (Management Information).
  • Keeping stock records of paper and brochure volumes as well as office stationery.
  • Process and quality check after call work requests, including email requests.
  • To answer the telephone and follow through any queries
  • Respond to all print and post request send to working inbox.
  • To achieve personal targets set at performance reviews
  • To adhere to set procedures and maintain standards
  • Support and assist other team members / business areas as necessary
