Key Duties and Responsibilities

To greet customers courteously.
To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.
To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.
Monitor restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.
Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.
Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.
