This is a full time, long-term position.

Requirements:
· 3+ years experience
· Teleporter Licence
Responsibilities:
· Assist with project logistics and programming/planning requirements with Contracts Manager to ensue projects are properly planned and programmed.
· Assist with site set-up including all health and safety paperwork, signage and hoarding.
· All aspects of General Operative duties, including but not limited to:
· Assisting the construction and repairing of building frameworks and structures
· Internal and external works on domestic and commercial sites
· Working with other tradespeople on domestic and commercial sites
· Responsible for logistics on site regarding deliveries, storage and moving material.
· Ensure all deliveries are inspected, dockets are checked, and any discrepancies reported back to the site manager.
· Ensure materials are safely stored and in a planned area.
· General operative duties on site as instructed by the site manager.
· Demolition Works
· Foundation Works and other general external works
· Helping to prepare the site and the works.
· Liaising with Site Manager to ensure that works are lined up and completed in an orderly fashion.
· Ensure site is kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times and reporting to the JF Flynn Project Management if he identifies where others are not working safely.
· All aspects of works on domestic and commercial sites which are within his knowledge and ability.
· Liaise with internal departments.
· Work as part of a team
· Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
· Quantifying, Maintaining, Organising etc.
· Work with site teams to maintain programmes.
· Continuous upskilling to ensure compliance with current Health & Safety Regulations.
· Complete GA2’s
