We are currently recruiting for the position of Weekend Accommodation Assistant.

The hours for the role are predominantly 0930 to 1530 on both Saturday and Sunday. Any other midweek availability can be discussed at interview stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver on and follow the hotel Mission, Vision & Values.
• To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedure.
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work and throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.
• To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team
• The Hotel is an active member of the Green Hospitality programme with a gold award status, as an employee you are required to be mindful of your water and energy consumption and to adhere to recycling and all green hospitality practices within the Hotel.
• To ensure linen/cloths are used correctly in the Department and to report and action any misuse of such items.
• Whilst on duty, minimise costs in the Departments i.e. toiletries, stationary, cleaning products, refreshments, linen.
• To ensure you follow the correct procedure in regards to lost property of the hotel Guests.
• To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours
