Exciting opportunity to join Homesavers as part of our Store Development Team

Responsibilities

• Action site visits & surveys to identify development / maintenance requirements with a view to getting site ready to open as a Homesavers store
• Completing a Schedule of Condition on each new site
• Generate accurate reports detailing external & internal scope of work requirements
• Creating a SOW (Scope of work) for each new site
• Generate and maintain trackers of work completion across multiple locations nationwide
• Communicate and present reports / info effectively to key stakeholders and wider business
• Liaise and follow up with pre-agreed service providers to ensure completion of work in agreed timescales
• Continuous site visits to assess progression of works
• Build excellent working relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can liaise and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various departments in the business
• Good IT skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Previous experience in the retail environment an advantage
• Role may be suitable to newly qualified / junior architects or quantity surveyors
• Full driving license
• Must be willing to travel around the country with some overnight stays
