JOB OVERVIEW

Develop and implement safe, operational, quality procedures in conjunction with the Health & Safety, Quality, and Production functions. As a member of the team, you will support the business by providing documented procedures to ensure all of our staff are in compliance with legislation from a health & safety and food safety to ensure a best in class standard.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

  • Develop and implement safe, operational, quality procedures in conjunction with the Health & Safety, Quality, and Production functions ensuring the capture of correct & accurate information.
  • Liaise with all functions to ensure fully accurate information to enable effective staff training prior to implementation.
  • Review the process to ensure practices are fully compliant with the procedure.
  • Identify any deviations and communicate to the relevant Manager.
  • Identification of areas for continuous improvement.
  • Carry out process inspections and assessments including internal audits.
  • Dealing with customer queries.

Compliance

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all suppliers are approved in compliance with Manor Farm procedures.
  • Meet all customer & internal standards.
  • Involvement in Customer / Quality audits / Regulatory visits as required.
  • Provide detailed information and facts to support important standards and measures.
  • Comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Comply with the company reporting needs.

People

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Education

Excellent Administrative Experience.

High level of IT/Excel/Power Point and organisation administration skills in an FMCG Environment.
