Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator. This is a fixed term 8 month contract with a well established company!


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely processing of customer sales orders and queries
  • Management of customer pricing
  • Management and escalation of customer back-orders/priorities.
  • Handling of customer complaints in a responsive and timely manner.
  • Coordinate consignment stock activity with sales team and consignees
  • Assist in the management of the sequester process
  • Support the purchasing function as required
  • Liase with IT support to ensure resolution of any system issues.
  • Partner proactively with Quality, Finance and Warehouse to ensure a seamless transition of new and obsolete products.
  • Support weekly metrics and subsequent analysis and evaluation.
  • Work with the wider Supply Chain team to provide an accurate and responsive order fulfillment process.

JOB Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a Sales Order Processing role
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of Opera/MRP systems is essential.
  • Good teams player - cooperative/helps others
  • Willingness to assume responsibility
  • PC Literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
