JOB OBJECTIVE

Purpose:

This role is to support the Planning Department by acting as the key resource within the team to cover holidays and support all tasks within the team – office administrator, accounts & live bird planning.


Office Administrator - Inputting and updating data on our planning systems & issuing reports.

Accounts – Managing the weekly/monthly accounts for all live birds.

Live Bird Planning – Scheduling the live birds coming into the plant weekly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

  • Work closely with all colleagues, Agri team & growers to ensure all information is updated for reports.
  • Inputting and updating data on our planning systems & issuing reports.
  • Weekly/monthly grower accounts completed as per agreed timelines.
  • Live bird/logistic planning and issued to all key stakeholders.

Compliance

  • Involvement in customer & quality audits when required.
  • Liaising with growers on a daily basis ensuring all data is updated accurately.
  • Comply with relevant company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Comply with company reporting needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Experinece


Previous office experience would be an advantage but not necessary.


Education

Formal 3rd level qualification in Business, Finance or Agriculture is an advandage but not essential.

Proficient with MS Office.
