Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

Have you got experience in Talent Acquisition Operations? Have you ever led, defined, and improved recruitment processes to improve Ways of Working? If so, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead in our Dublin HQ.

Based in our beautiful Global HQ in Dublin you will have the autonomy to design, develop and own our Global Talent Acquisition processes and policies for all business areas and countries, including the continuous improvement cycle. Reporting to the TA Partnership Manager, you will be the expert with regards to our Global Talent Acquisition operational ways of working - our systems, processes, partnerships, policies and analytics.

We are looking for an individual who has strong consultative skills, has worked in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage complex & multiple projects on a global scale.

We are also looking for:

• Managerial courage: The ability to stand by decisions and tackle issues and challenges appropriately. To be a trusted global Talent Acquisition partner to our Global markets – seeking opportunities to listen to local challenges and support them deliver the best candidate and customer experience.

• Influential planning and organising and skills: Manage projects with a high degree of complexity. Designing and implementing globally consistent internal and external recruitment processes and measuring effectiveness across all countries and markets.

• Exceptional relationship builder: Build and maintain effective relationships working with in-country P&C colleagues to develop and implement global recruitment processes to optimise candidate experience for both internal and external hires. Ensure processes are understood and communicated and embedded.

• Strategic and analytical thinker: Define and manage all strategic partnerships with global partners including recruiting technology providers, job platforms, executive search & recruitment agencies, translation partners, research firms, professional networks, digital video assessment providers, diversity sites, generic and specialist job boards
