Due to our business expanding, we currently have an opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing Team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator.

The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be reliable, a good communicator, a team player and have a passion to work in the hospitality industry.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • To upgrade and maintain the Harvey’s Point website.
  • Managing campaigns on social media.
  • To assist with setting up and monitor PPC campaigns in accordance with the marketing plan and budgets
  • To administrate and monitor third party sites
  • To design graphics, e-zines, posters and adverts for use online, on social networks and printed material for in-house.
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conduct research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Assist with organising and attending events and launches
  • To update the customer database and send e-zines as required
  • To assist the accounts department with the till reads each morning
  • Compile revenue data for daily reporting each morning
  • Compile Daily Income Audit
  • Assist the Events team when required

Experience, and skills required for the position:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar administration role to have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally, in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Work on own initiative to meet deadlines, is flexible, positive, and confident.
  • Excellent IT skills are required – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • An interest in social media and digital marketing will be a distinct advantage.
  • You will exercise attention to detail, be passionate, organised, and able to communicate professionally and effectively.
