We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Digital Assets Risk to join our Risk team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom – HYBRID based. Applicants will be considered from other locations such Dublin, Wroclaw, Pune or Pittsburgh

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supporting the development and ongoing enhancement of an effective Digital Asset Framework, including the maintenance of framework documentation.
• Providing review and challenge to the identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks associated with new/modified digital asset products.
• Ensuring that businesses offering digital asset products are reflecting their strategy and the associated impact on their risk profile within risk appetite statements and risk assessment tools.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of playbooks and guidance documentation that enable key stakeholders understand the risk and compliance requirements associated with launching new digital asset products.
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Working knowledge of blockchain and digital assets and the associated risks is required.
• Experience of enterprise risk management, operational and/ or technology risk management, or compliance functions in a first, second- or third-line capacity is desirable.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic fast paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
