We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Client Processing to join our Pershing Client Service Delivery team. This role is located in Dublin and is Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Managing Trade flow, responsible for order execution, pricing and contract completion
  • Records trades within systems, handling pricing errors
  • Processing manual dealing
  • Identifying enhancement in STP rates and process improvements
  • Responds to clients on various trade issues and works to resolve trade errors in a timely manner. Handles internal and external client inquiries and complaints; prepares written and verbal responses. Review SLAs.
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
  • Production of MI, KRIs, KPIs and detailed reports
  • Signoff on Daily Checklists & control packs
  • Ensure procedures, process maps and control models are continuously reviewed and up to date
  • Assists in Cross training and production of detailed training plans. May provide cover and support as required
  • Works closely with the Liverpool UT Dealing Team & Dublin CSD. Management of any other processes that may be required with growth in client base or changes to operating model

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of Mutual Funds & Unit Trusts together with some dealing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products
  • Used to working in a controlled environment with tight deadlines, highly numerate and with good data skills. Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to carry out tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to manage Client relationships and communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Proven experience working in a Financial Services regulated environment
