Sri Yantra Limited is the Head Office Accounts and Adminstration office for a Hospitality Group, the office is located in Mullingar. The role is Accounts Administrator.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller and Directors, the Accounts Administrator is responsible for the processing of supplier purchase invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Your tasks will include:
- Perform the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and credits.
- Performing the daily banking process and maintain bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Follow up on supplier/head office queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining internal reports and filing.
- Prepare and complete month end reports.
- Assist with preparation of year end Audit Files.
The role will also involve performing general administration duties along with supporting and covering other members of the team.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Essential Criteria
- Accounting Technician Qualification
- Strong computer skills using Excel and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
Desirable Criteria
- Minimum 2 years Administration/Accounts experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable maintaining ledgers.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Have the ability to work with numbers in a competent and confident way.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- Team player. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives.
