Sri Yantra Limited is the Head Office Accounts and Adminstration office for a Hospitality Group, the office is located in Mullingar. The role is Accounts Administrator.


About the Role:

Reporting to the Financial Controller and Directors, the Accounts Administrator is responsible for the processing of supplier purchase invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

Your tasks will include:

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and credits.
  • Performing the daily banking process and maintain bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Follow up on supplier/head office queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining internal reports and filing.
  • Prepare and complete month end reports.
  • Assist with preparation of year end Audit Files.

The role will also involve performing general administration duties along with supporting and covering other members of the team.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Essential Criteria

  • Accounting Technician Qualification
  • Strong computer skills using Excel and e-mail at a highly proficient level.

Desirable Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years Administration/Accounts experience
  • Knowledge of accounts payable maintaining ledgers.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Have the ability to work with numbers in a competent and confident way.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Team player. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives.
